After a detailed site surveys and scan with an iPhone 12 meeting we drew it all in CAD . The scan and survey measurements were matched in CAD and the stringers pressed. The helical spiral is non circular and basically a squashed spiral so can’t be rolled and has to be folded incrementally on a brake press
